My favorite pastime is playing with my grandsons.

I've been hooked like the rest of the thousands of readers into reading the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. Even if you don't like vampire stories, her writing will capture your attention.

My favorite reading is still these two excellent books about women's friendship and their struggles in two very different cultures. Snow Flower and the Secret Fan by Lisa See, and A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini.

Once you start reading, it's hard to put these books down
